Hva passer vel bedre enn en hjertekake?<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h6><strong>Ingredienser rullekakebunn:<\/strong><\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li>4 egg<\/li>\n<li>120 g sukker<\/li>\n<li>120 g hvetemel<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 ts bakepulver<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h6><strong>Slik gj\u00f8r du:<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p>Forvarm ovnen til 200 grader.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Pisk egg og sukker til stiv eggedosis.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Sikt i mel og bakepulver og vend forsiktig sammen.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Kle en langpanne med bakepapir og bre kaker\u00f8ren utover langpannen. Stek i 8-10 minutter. Avkj\u00f8l kaken helt.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; N\u00e5r kaken er avkj\u00f8lt kan du skj\u00e6re ut hjerteformen. Jeg brukte hjerteutstikker (stor pepperkakeform) en stor og en litt mindre til \u00e5 stikke ut to hjerteformer. Bruk kj\u00f8kkenmaskin eller h\u00e5ndmikser til \u00e5 piske til en luftig krem. N\u00e5r kremen begynner \u00e5 f\u00e5 tykk konsistens heller du i kald bringeb\u00e6rpur\u00e9 og pisker til alt er godt blandet.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Legg det ene kakebunnhjertet p\u00e5 et kakefatt. Ha bringeb\u00e6rkremen i en spr\u00f8ytepose med rund tipp og spr\u00f8yt sm\u00e5 &laquo;dotter&raquo; over hele kakebunnen. Legg deretter det andre kakebunnhjertet opp\u00e5, og spr\u00f8yt dotter p\u00e5 denne ogs\u00e5.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; N\u00e5 kan du pynte kaken slik du vil.
