{"id":116,"date":"2019-01-26T14:38:00","date_gmt":"2019-01-26T14:38:00","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"2019-09-17T12:12:35","modified_gmt":"2019-09-17T12:12:35","slug":"love-cupcakes-for-valentines","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/thebakingdays.com\/index.php\/2019\/01\/26\/love-cupcakes-for-valentines\/","title":{"rendered":"Love Cupcakes for Valentines"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Cupcakes for Valentine&#8217;s Day pyntet med mascarpone-og vaniljekrem og &laquo;love&raquo;.<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<h6><strong>Ingredienser vanilje cupcakes (ca. 16 cupcakes):<\/strong><\/h6>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>\r\n<div>2 egg<\/div>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<li>\r\n<div>2 dl sukker<\/div>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<li>\r\n<div>3 dl hvetemel<\/div>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<li>\r\n<div>2 ts bakepulver<\/div>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<li>2 ts vaniljesukker<\/li>\r\n<li>\r\n<div>50 g smeltet sm\u00f8r<\/div>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<li>\r\n<div>1 dl melk<\/div>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<h6><strong>Slik gj\u00f8r du:<\/strong><\/h6>\r\n<p>Forvarm ovnen til 200 grader.<\/p>\r\n<p>&#8211; Pisk egg og sukker til eggedosis.<\/p>\r\n<p>&#8211; Bland sammen hvetemel, bakepulver og vaniljesukker og sikt det i vekselsvis med melken og det smeltede sm\u00f8ret &#8211; litt v\u00e5tt og litt t\u00f8rt. Bland til en glatt r\u00f8re.<\/p>\r\n<p>&#8211; Ha r\u00f8ren i cupcakeformer, jeg bruker en iskremskje til \u00e5 fordele like mye r\u00f8re i hver form. Stek i 10-12 minutter. Avkj\u00f8l p\u00e5 rist.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p><img src=\"http:\/\/thebakingdays.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/IMG_3831-2-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"This image has an empty alt attribute; its file name is IMG_3831-2-1024x683.jpg\" \/><\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p>Sjokoladeordene lagde jeg av hvit sjokolade og rosa &laquo;candy melts&raquo;. Det eneste du trenger \u00e5 gj\u00f8re er \u00e5 smelte sjokoladen, over vannbad eller i mikro, ogs\u00e5 har du sjokoladen over i en spr\u00f8ytepose som du har klippet lite hull i enden. S\u00e5 er det bare \u00e5 &laquo;skrive&raquo; ordet du vil ha med den smeltede sjokoladen. Oppbevar i kj\u00f8leskap til sjokoladen har ordentlig stivnet, ca. 1 time. Du kan ogs\u00e5 lage sjokoladeordene dagen f\u00f8r og ha de i kj\u00f8leskap til de skal brukes.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<h6>Ingredienser mascarponekrem:<\/h6>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>2,5 dl kremfl\u00f8te<\/li>\r\n<li>125 g mascarponeost<\/li>\r\n<li>1 dl melis<\/li>\r\n<li>Fr\u00f8ene fra 1\/2 &#8211; 1 vaniljestang<\/li>\r\n<li>Rosa konditorfarge eller bringeb\u00e6rpur\u00e9 for \u00e5 f\u00e5 rosa krem<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<h6>Slik gj\u00f8r du:<\/h6>\r\n<p>&#8211; Ha alle ingrediensene i en bolle og pisk til en luftig krem. Hvis du vil at noen av cupcakene skal v\u00e6re rosa, har du ca. halvparten av kremen over i en annen bolle og tilsetter rosa konditorfarge eller 1 dl bringeb\u00e6rpur\u00e9 (lages ved \u00e5 bruke en stavmikser og mose 200 g bringeb\u00e6r og 1 ss sukker sammen). S\u00e5 er det bare \u00e5 piske til fargen er jevn.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p>&#8211; Ha kremen i en spr\u00f8ytepose med tipp til \u00e5 forme roser, jeg brukte Wilton 1M. Spr\u00f8yt en rose p\u00e5 hver cupcake.
