Juleknekk er s\u00e5 godt! Spr\u00f8 karamell med sjokolade og n\u00f8tter!<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<h6>Ingredienser:<\/h6>\r\n<ul class=\"recipe-list\">\r\n<li>250 g sukker<\/li>\r\n<li>250 g sm\u00f8r i sm\u00e5 biter<\/li>\r\n<li>200 g m\u00f8rk sjokolade eller melkesjokolade<\/li>\r\n<li>1,5 dl n\u00f8tter (jeg har brukt salte pean\u00f8tter og mandler)<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<h6>Slik gj\u00f8r du:<\/h6>\r\n<p>&#8211; Kle en liten langpanne med bakepapir. Hakk sjokolade og n\u00f8tter.<\/p>\r\n<p>&#8211; Ha sukkeret i en kjele. Smelt sukkeret og varm til sukkeret f\u00e5r en gyllen karamellfarge. Det er viktig at du ikke r\u00f8rer i sukkeret. Tilsett sm\u00f8r i terninger. Kok blandingen mens du r\u00f8rer konstant i et par minutter.<\/p>\r\n<p>&#8211; Hell karamellen over i langpannen. La den avkj\u00f8les i noen minutter.<\/p>\r\n<p>&#8211; Dryss den hakkede sjokoladen over karamellen. Bruk en spatula eller skje til \u00e5 stryke sjokoladen utover karamellen. Dryss de hakkede n\u00f8ttene p\u00e5 toppen.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p>Oppbevar juleknekken p\u00e5 et kj\u00f8lig sted, men ikke i kj\u00f8leskap! Da blir den seig og klissete \u00e5 holde i. Knekk karamellen i ujevne biter f\u00f8r servering.
