Krydderkake pyntet med pepperkakehus!<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<h6>Ingredienser krydderkake:<\/h6>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>4 egg<\/li>\r\n<li>3 dl sukker<\/li>\r\n<li>3,5 dl hvetemel<\/li>\r\n<li>1 ts bakepulver<\/li>\r\n<li>1 ts natron<\/li>\r\n<li>1,5 malt ingef\u00e6r<\/li>\r\n<li>1 ts kanel<\/li>\r\n<li>1\/2 ts malt nellik<\/li>\r\n<li>1\/2 ts muskat<\/li>\r\n<li>2 dl kulturmelk eller kefir<\/li>\r\n<li>1 dl matolje med n\u00f8ytral smak (eks, solsikkeolje)<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<h6>Slik gj\u00f8r du:<\/h6>\r\n<div>Sett ovnen p\u00e5 180 grader<\/div>\r\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\r\n<div>\u2013 Visp egg og sukker til eggedosis. Sikt inn hvetemel, bakepulver og natron. Tilsett krydder (ingef\u00e6r, kanel, nellik, muskat). Tilsett kultumelk og olje. R\u00f8r godt sammen.\u00a0<\/div>\r\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\r\n<div>\u2013 Kle to 20 cm springformer med bakepapir.\u00a0 Fordel r\u00f8ren likt i formene. Stek i 45-50 minutter. Avkj\u00f8l kakene helt.<\/div>\r\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\r\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\r\n<h6>Ingredienser kremostfrosting:<\/h6>\r\n<div>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>400 g Philadelphia kremost original<\/li>\r\n<li>165 g mykt sm\u00f8r<\/li>\r\n<li>450 g melis<\/li>\r\n<li>1 ts vaniljesukker<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<h6>Slik gj\u00f8r du:<\/h6>\r\n<p>&#8211; Miks sammen sm\u00f8r og melis til en hvit og luftig blanding. Tilsett kremost og miks til en glatt frosting.<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<h6>Sette sammen kaken:<\/h6>\r\n<p>&#8211; Del hver kakebunn i to. Til denne kaken bruker jeg tre bunner, den fjerde legger jeg i fryseren s\u00e5 jeg kan bruke den en annen gang.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p>&#8211; Legg en av bunnene p\u00e5 et kakefat. Fordel et jevnt lag med frosting over bunnen. Legg neste bunn opp\u00e5. Forsett til du har en kake med tre bunner og to lag med frosting. Husee kan du lage flere dager i forveien. Og da er kaken klar for julefeiring!<\/p>\r\n<p>Kaken b\u00f8r spises i l\u00f8pet av en dag.
