Tilsett melk og safran og r\u00f8r sammen. Varm opp til v\u00e6sken er litt varmere enn lunken. Smuldre gj\u00e6r i en kj\u00f8kkenmaskinbolle. Hell over litt av den varme v\u00e6sken og r\u00f8r til gj\u00e6r er oppl\u00f8st. Hell i resten av v\u00e6sken.<\/p>\r\n<p>&#8211; Tilsett det t\u00f8rre (sukker, salt, kardemomme og mel). Bruk en eltekrok og elte deigen i ca 10 minutter. Dekk bollen med plastfolie og la den heve til dobbel st\u00f8rrelse, minst 30 minutter.<\/p>\r\n<p>&#8211; Ha litt mel p\u00e5 kj\u00f8kkenbenken. Velt deigen ut p\u00e5 benken og kna den for h\u00e5nd i noen minutter. Del deigen i like store biter. Form ulike lussekatter som du vil.<\/p>\r\n<p>&#8211; Legg lussekattene p\u00e5 et stekebrett med bakepapir. Legg over et kj\u00f8kkenh\u00e5ndle og la de etterheve i minst 15 minutter. Forvarm ovnen til 250 grader.<\/p>\r\n<p>&#8211; Pisk sammen ett egg og pensle hver lussekatt. Stek lussekattene i 5-10 minutter.
