Smelt sm\u00f8ret i en liten kjele. Hell det varme sm\u00f8ret over sjokoladen og r\u00f8r sammen. Sett kjelen til side s\u00e5 lenge.<\/p>\r\n<p>&#8211; Visp sammen egg og sukker i en bolle. Sikt i mel og kakao. R\u00f8r deigen glatt, og vend til slutt inn sjokoladesm\u00f8ret.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p>&#8211; Kle en liten langpanne med bakepapir og fordel r\u00f8ren i. Stek i ca. 30 minutter, ikke lenger! Avkj\u00f8l brownien og sett den i kj\u00f8leskap s\u00e5 lenge.<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<h6>Ingredienser karamell:<\/h6>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>225 g sukker<\/li>\r\n<li>65 ml vann (0,65 dl)<\/li>\r\n<li>85 ml kremfl\u00f8te (0,85 dl)<\/li>\r\n<li>70 g usaltet sm\u00f8r<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<h6>Slik gj\u00f8r du:<\/h6>\r\n<div>\r\n<div>&#8211; Hell vann og sukker i en kjele. La den st\u00e5 p\u00e5 middels varme og r\u00f8r til sukkeret er oppl\u00f8st.<\/div>\r\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\r\n<div>&#8211; N\u00e5r sukkeret er oppl\u00f8st, skrur du opp varmen \u2013 n\u00e5 kan du ikke r\u00f8re mer i blandingen. Ta kjelen av platen n\u00e5r blandingen har kokt til en fin karamellfarge, dette kan ta en liten stund.<\/div>\r\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\r\n<div>&#8211; Etter at du har tatt kjelen av platen, tilsetter du kremfl\u00f8te.
