Den er ogs\u00e5 perfekt \u00e5 lage hvis du vil imponere litt ekstra neste gang du skal servere dessert til gjester.<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<h6>Ingredienser:<\/h6>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>3 dl kremfl\u00f8te<\/li>\r\n<li>4 dl helmelk<\/li>\r\n<li>1 vaniljestang<\/li>\r\n<li>6 egg<\/li>\r\n<li>150 g sukker<\/li>\r\n<li>Sukker til karamellisering p\u00e5 toppen.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<h6>Slik gj\u00f8r du:<\/h6>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Ha fl\u00f8ten, melken og fr\u00f8ene fra vaniljestangen i en kjele. Varm blandingen til kokepunktet. Blandingen skal alts\u00e5 ikke bli s\u00e5 varm at det koker.<\/li>\r\n<li>Visp egg og sukker godt sammen. Tilsett litt og litt av den varme fl\u00f8te og melke-blandingen og visp godt mellom hver gang.\u00a0<\/li>\r\n<li>Fordel blandingen i porsjonsformer. Det er samme hva slags former du bruker s\u00e5 lenge de er ildfaste. De jeg brukte rommer 1 dl.\u00a0<\/li>\r\n<li>Legg et v\u00e5tt h\u00e5ndkle i bunnen av en dyp langpanne.\u00a0<\/li>\r\n<li>Sett formene i langpannen og hell kokende vann til ca 1\/3 av formene. Creme brulee skal nemlig stekes i vannbad.<\/li>\r\n<li>Stek creme bruleene i ca 30 min. N\u00e5r de er ferdig skal de v\u00e6re faste men disse n\u00e5r de beveger p\u00e5 formene. For \u00e5 f\u00e5 den riktige og beste konsistensen er det viktig \u00e5 ikke steke de for lenge, da blir konsistensen veldig kompakt.<\/li>\r\n<li>N\u00e5r breme bruleene er ferdig tar du formene ut av vannet og setter de i kj\u00f8leskapet minst i 4 timer.\u00a0<\/li>\r\n<li>F\u00f8r servering drysser du ca 1 ts sukker p\u00e5 toppen av hver form.
