Tilsett deretter de 4 spiseskjeene med sukker mens maskinen g\u00e5r. Tilsett fargepasta mot slutten og pisk videre til en stiv og luftig marengs. Fargen p\u00e5 makronene falmer og blir blassere etter steking, s\u00e5 jeg anbefaler at n\u00e5r du pisker inn farge gj\u00f8r du fargen litt sterkere enn det du \u00f8nsker.\u00a0<\/div>\r\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\r\n<div>&#8211; Mens marengsen piskes sikter du sammen melis og mandelmel i en bolle. Ta bort eventuelle klumper.\u00a0<\/div>\r\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\r\n<div>&#8211; Vend melis og mandelmel inn i marengsen. R\u00f8r godt sammen til passe konsistens. Konsistensen skal v\u00e6re slik at den lett spr\u00f8ytes ut p\u00e5 stekebrettet, men ikke s\u00e5 rennende av den flyter utover.<\/div>\r\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\r\n<div>&#8211; Ha r\u00f8ren i en spr\u00f8ytepose med rund tipp. Legg en silikonmatte p\u00e5 et stekebrett. Du kan ogs\u00e5 bruke en makron-stekematte med ferdig markerte sirkler. Spr\u00f8yt sm\u00e5 &laquo;derter&raquo; ut p\u00e5 brettet. F\u00f8r makronene skal stekes er det viktig at de er t\u00f8rre. Raskeste m\u00e5ten \u00e5 f\u00e5 de t\u00f8rre p\u00e5 er \u00e5 \u00e5pne ovnsd\u00f8ren og legge brettet p\u00e5 d\u00f8ren. Da t\u00f8rker de t\u00f8rker av varmen fra ovnen.\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p>&#8211; N\u00e5r markronene er t\u00f8rket (de har en hinne p\u00e5 overflaten og er ikke er klissete \u00e5 ta p\u00e5), setter du de inn i ovnen og steker de i 13-14 minutter. La de avkj\u00f8les helt f\u00f8r du tar de av stekebrettet!<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\r\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\r\n<div><img src=\"http:\/\/thebakingdays.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/IMG_0778-1024x682.jpg\" alt=\"This image has an empty alt attribute; its file name is IMG_0778-1024x682.jpg\" \/><\/div>\r\n<div>\r\n<h6>\u00a0<\/h6>\r\n<h6>Ingredienser Lemon Curd:<\/h6>\r\n<div>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>2 eggeplommer<\/li>\r\n<li>2 egg<\/li>\r\n<li>75 g sukker<\/li>\r\n<li>Revet skall fra 2 sitroner<\/li>\r\n<li>0,80 dl sitronsaft<\/li>\r\n<li>100 g sm\u00f8r<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<h6>Slik gj\u00f8r du:<\/h6>\r\n<div>&#8211; Ha alle ingredienser unntatt sm\u00f8r i en bolle (helst av st\u00e5l eller metall). Visp ingrediensene godt sammen og sett bollen over en kjele med kokende vann (bollen skal ikke komme n\u00e6r vannet). Fortsett \u00e5 visp til blandingen tykner, det tar noen minutter.\u00a0<\/div>\r\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\r\n<div>&#8211; N\u00e5r blandingen har tyknet tar du den av varmen og visper inn sm\u00f8ret. La lemon curden avkj\u00f8les litt p\u00e5 benken f\u00f8r du setter den i kj\u00f8leskapet i minst 2 timer.\u00a0\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p>&#8211; Ha sitronkremen i en spr\u00f8ytepose med rund tipp og spr\u00f8yt ut en &laquo;dert&raquo; med krem p\u00e5 halvparten av makronskallene. Deretter setter du de andre halvdelene p\u00e5 toppen.
