Veldig fine til sommer desserten!<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<h6>Tertedeig:<\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li>200 g hvetemel<\/li>\n<li>100 g kaldt sm\u00f8r<\/li>\n<li>2 eggeplommer (+ et egg til pensling)<\/li>\n<li>100 g melis<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<h6>Slik gj\u00f8r du:<\/h6>\n<div>\n<p>&#8211; Ha hvetemel og sm\u00f8r i en kj\u00f8kkenmaskin med k-visp. Miks til sand-aktig konsistens. Bland sammen melis og eggeplommer i en bolle. Tilsett i mel- og sm\u00f8rblandingen. Miks p\u00e5 lav hastighet i ca 2 minutter.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Press deig ned i fem sm\u00e5 terteformer. Sett i kj\u00f8leskapet i 30 minutter.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Ta formene ut av kj\u00f8leskapet og stikk hull i hver bunn med en gaffel. Stek p\u00e5 180 grader i 15-20 minutter (til de har blitt litt gyldne i kantene). Press saften ut av sitronene og ha saften i et m\u00e5lebeger.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>&#8211; Pisk sammen egg, sukker og fl\u00f8te i en kj\u00f8kkenmaskin. Tilsett skall og sitronsaft og bland godt sammen.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\n<p>&#8211; Pisk sammen et egg med en gaffel og pensle bunnen av hver terteform. Sett terteformene tilbake i ovnen p\u00e5 175 grader. Hell sitronfyllet forsiktig oppi hver terteform mens de st\u00e5r i ovnen. Stek i ca 15 minutter. Fyllet skal bli fast, men fortsatt disse litt.
