S\u00e5 godt og enkelt!<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<h6>Ingredienser deig (til 2 bollekaker):<\/h6>\r\n<div>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>900 g hvetemel<\/li>\r\n<li>100 g smeltet sm\u00f8r<\/li>\r\n<li>50 g ferskgj\u00e6r<\/li>\r\n<li>1 dl sukker<\/li>\r\n<li>1 ts kardemomme<\/li>\r\n<li>4 dl melk<\/li>\r\n<li>1 egg<\/li>\r\n<li>Egg til pensling<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<h6><b>Ingredienser til fyll:<\/b><\/h6>\r\n<div>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>100 g lys kokesjokolade<\/li>\r\n<li>125 g bringeb\u00e6r<\/li>\r\n<li>Vaniljekrem (enten hjemmelaget eller ferdigkj\u00f8pt). Min oppskrift p\u00e5 hjemmelaget vaniljekrem finner du <a href=\"http:\/\/thebakingdays.com\/index.php\/2017\/01\/23\/vaniljekrem\/\">her<\/a><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<h6>Slik gj\u00f8r du:<\/h6>\r\n<div class=\"\">&#8211; Ha mel, sukker, kardemomme og gj\u00e6r i en kj\u00f8kkenmaskinbolle.<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"\">\u00a0<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"\">&#8211; \u00a0Smelt sm\u00f8ret i en liten kjele. Hell melken i det smeltede sm\u00f8ret og varm til 37 grader.\u00a0 Pisk egget inn i sm\u00f8r -og melkeblandingen.\u00a0<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"separator\">\u00a0<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"\">&#8211; \u00a0Hell den lunkne v\u00e6sken over i bollen med de t\u00f8rre ingrediensene. Elt p\u00e5 lav hastighet i ca 10 minutter.\u00a0 Samle deigen til en ball og ha plastfolie over bollen. Hev i 1-1.5 timer.<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"separator\">\u00a0<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"separator\">&#8211; Grovhakk sjokoladen og del hvert bringeb\u00e6r i fire.\u00a0<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"separator\">\u00a0<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"separator\">&#8211; \u00a0Ha deigen ut p\u00e5 en lett melet benk. Elt deigen lett med hendene en liten stund for \u00e5 f\u00e5 en smidig deig. Del deigen i to.\u00a0<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"\"><br \/>&#8211; Ta den ene halvdelen og kjevle ut et stort rektangel. Bruk en skje til \u00e5 fordele et tynt lag med vaniljekrem over hele rektangelet.
