Det er s\u00e5 godt med den s\u00f8te sjokoladen sammen med syrlig fryset\u00f8rket bringeb\u00e6r!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h6>Ingredienser (15-20 cookies)<\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li>115 g sm\u00f8r<\/li>\n<li>100 g hvitt sukker<\/li>\n<li>50 g brunt sukker<\/li>\n<li>1 store egg<\/li>\n<li>0,5 ts natron<\/li>\n<li>160 g hvetemel<\/li>\n<li>350 g hvit sjokolade (150 g brukes i deigen, 200 g brukes til \u00e5 dyppe cookisene i)<\/li>\n<li>50 g fryset\u00f8rkede bringeb\u00e6r<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h6>Slik gj\u00f8r du:<\/h6>\n<p>Forvarm ovnen til 180 grader<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Pisk romtemperert sm\u00f8r luftig sammen med hvitt og brunt sukker. Tilsett eggene mens du fortsetter \u00e5 piske.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Ha i hvetemel og natron og r\u00f8r godt sammen. Bland til slutt i grovhakket hvit sjokolade. Sett deigen i kj\u00f8leskapet i ca. 30 minutter.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Form baller av deigen, en ball er ca. en iskremskje. Legg deigballene p\u00e5 et stekebrett med bakepapir. Trykk deigballene litt ned med hendene.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Stek i 12-15 minutter. Avkj\u00f8l p\u00e5 rist.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Smelt hvit sjokolade over vannbad eller i mikro. Dypp ca halvparten av hver cookie oppi sjokoladen. Legg cookisene p\u00e5 en rist.
