Spesielt med en kule vaniljeis ved siden av!<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h6>Ingredienser:<\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li>100 g mykt sm\u00f8r<\/li>\n<li>2 dl sukker (+ ca. 2 ss til toppen av kaken)<\/li>\n<li>1 egg<\/li>\n<li>4 dl sukker<\/li>\n<li>2 ts bakepulver<\/li>\n<li>1 1\/2 dl melk<\/li>\n<li>3-4 epler<\/li>\n<li>1 ts kanel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h6>Slik gj\u00f8r du:<\/h6>\n<p>Forvarm stekeovnen til 200 grader<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Pisk sm\u00f8r og sukker lyst og luftig. Tilsett egget og pisk lett sammen.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Sikt i mel og bakepulver. Tilsett melken og bland til en glatt r\u00f8re. Kle en 22-24 cm rund springform med bakepapir og hell r\u00f8ren i formen.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Skj\u00e6r epler i b\u00e5ter og dekk hele toppen av kaken med epler. Dryss over sukker og kanel. Stek kaken i 40-45 minutter.
