Med karamelliserte epler p\u00e5 toppen blir disse skikkelig gode!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h6>Ingredienser ostekake:<\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li>5-6 digestivekjeks<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 ts kanel<\/li>\n<li>1 ss smeltet sm\u00f8r<\/li>\n<li>200 g kremost<\/li>\n<li>50 g sukker<\/li>\n<li>Fr\u00f8ene fra 1\/2 vaniljestang<\/li>\n<li>1 egg<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h6>Slik gj\u00f8r du:<\/h6>\n<p>Forvarm ovnen til 180 grader<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Knus kjeks og ha i en bolle sammen med kanel og smeltet sm\u00f8r. R\u00f8r godt sammen.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Ha muffinsformer i et muffinsbrett. Bruk en skje til \u00e5 presse kjekssmuler ned i hver form. Stek i 6 minutter. Deretter senker du ovns-temperaturen til 150 grader.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Miks kremost, sukker og vaniljefr\u00f8 sammen. Tilsett egget og miks godt.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Fordel ostefyllet i formene og stek i 30-35 minutter. Avkj\u00f8l ostekakene helt f\u00f8r du tar de ut av formene.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h6>Karamelliserte epler:<\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li>2 epler<\/li>\n<li>40 g sm\u00f8r<\/li>\n<li>3 ss brunt sukker<\/li>\n<li>1 klype salt<\/li>\n<li>1 ts kanel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h6>Slik gj\u00f8r du:<\/h6>\n<p>&#8211; Skrell eplene og del de i terninger.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Smelt sm\u00f8r i en panne. Tilsett epler, sukker, salt og kanel. La eplebitene steke p\u00e5 middels varme til de blir m\u00f8re og karamelliserte. Dette tar ca. 10 minutter.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Fordel eplefyllet over hver ostekake.
