De kan lages i s\u00e5 mange forskjellige varianter, b\u00e5de p\u00e5 smak, farge og pynt. N\u00e5 i f\u00f8rjulstiden har jeg laget noen bl\u00e5 vaniljemakroner pyntet med sn\u00f8fnugg. Her kommer oppskriften!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Grunnoppskrift p\u00e5 makroner finner du <a href=\"http:\/\/thebakingdays.com\/index.php\/2017\/08\/18\/makroner\/\">her<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Det er lurt \u00e5 pynte makronskallene f\u00f8r du spr\u00f8yter krem mellom skallene. Til \u00e5 pynte bruker jeg royal icing. Du kan bruke vanlig melisglasur, men royal icingen har eggehvite i seg som gj\u00f8r at den blir enda hvitere og mer stabil og jobbe med.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h6>Ingredienser royal icing:<\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li>1 eggehvite<\/li>\n<li>1 ss sitronsaft<\/li>\n<li>250 g melis<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h6>Slik gj\u00f8r du:<\/h6>\n<p>&#8211; Pisk eggehviten til den er hvit og luftig. Tilsett sitronsaft og pisk litt til.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Sikt i melis litt og litt til icingen er fast.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Ha icingen i en spr\u00f8ytepose med liten rund tipp eller klipp et lite hull i enden av posen. S\u00e5 er det bare \u00e5 spr\u00f8yte sn\u00f8fnugg p\u00e5 halvparten av makronskallene.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h6>Ingredienser vaniljefyll:<\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li>2 dl kremfl\u00f8te<\/li>\n<li>1 ss sukker<\/li>\n<li>En halv porsjon vaniljekrem<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h6>Slik gj\u00f8r du:<\/h6>\n<p>&#8211; Ha kremfl\u00f8te og sukker i en bolle og pisk til stiv krem.
